For catered events, please note the following embargo periods:

14 Days prior to your event:

• Complete and submit the Catering Request Form for all dinners and large events.

7 Days prior to your event:

• Advise special dietary requirements

72 Hours prior to your event:

• Advise final catering numbers.  Your event will be invoiced for this number.
• Confirm the set up and access for the event.  No changes can be made after this time.
• Minimum time required to submit a Catering Request Form (excluding dinners and large events).

48 Hours prior to your event / meeting:

• Bookings and event changes cannot be made after this time.

OSCA Clubs and Societies Sponsorship

OSCA welcomes sponsorship funding applications from our Clubs and Societies.  Funding is available for strategic investments to support membership growth, build core capabilities and to enhance a club or society’s resilience.  Single or multi year proposals will be considered as well as 50/50 investments.

Sponsorship funding is not available to cover operational running costs.
