Welcome OSCA President, Stephen Webster (’73)

It was a great pleasure to welcome all members of the Scotch Family to last week’s OSCA AGM & Presidents’ Dinner.
2022 OSCA President, Andrew Wilson (’78) passed the baton to Stephen Webster (’73). We thank Andrew who has led the council with great care, thought and enthusiasm over the past two years.
Six OSCA Merit Awards were presented at the dinner to recipients who have made exceptional contributions to their clubs, societies and the wider Scotch Family.
