Scotch Family New York Dinner Wrap

The US-based Old Scotch Boys gathered in the East Village of New York for the annual North American Branch dinner on Thursday 19 September 2024. 17 Old Boys attended – spanning from class of ’75 through until ’18, from those that have recently relocated to the city to those that have been living in New York for several years, and from multiple industries – from tech to finance.
Reminiscing about school days was the constant theme – Scotch at Cowes, Mr Bain’s Cadets, the Cordner-Eggleston Cup, and even some old hymns were sung in the restaurant for good measure.
Despite being from different years, the camaraderie and bond amongst the boys was very special and unique; we are the envy of our American friends and colleagues, there is no school quite like it.
