To:

• Promote the welfare and advancement of the School;
• Provide a means whereby Old Boys of the School may be kept in touch;
• Raise or aid or contribute to the raising of funds for the use of theschool, whether for endowment, building, educational, recreational or any otherpurpose considered advantageous to the School;
• Establish and encourage aid for scholarships, bursaries for the boys orsons of Old Boys of the School;
• Foster friendly relations among the other Public Schools of Victoria;
• Promote sport, recreation, entertainment, amusement and education amongstOld boys and to organize, manage, control, and give financial assistance to associations,clubs and terms;
• Provide and maintains premises, rooms, libraries, reading rooms, refreshmentrooms and other conveniences for the members of the Association; and
• Appoint five members of the School Council.
